In the past couple of weeks, I've set a few days aside to develop new designs for my hobby especially since Valentine's Day is right around the corner. Last week was a struggle. This week the designs fell into place. It was so exciting to me how the Lord opened up my eyes to see different shapes come alive. Each "mistake" showed me something I could use to make another design work.
After taking a breath, AJ and I were discussing how this is a down time of year. It's really going to be hard to find any interest for my cake truffles and pops. Literally within minutes, a recent acquaintance, who has an "up and coming" website promoting local business, approached me about promoting my little business....no cost. Then the next day, another friend approached me about doing a segment for a show she hosts on a local station. It's the Lord who is placing these people along my path to push my business along!
Honestly, I had been concerned that if I wasn't hanging by a thread, I wouldn't know He is with me. I was also concerned I'd be clinging to His work in my yesterdays to see Him, but that is not necessary! Because I'm still seeing Him in the here and now!
Happy tears roll down my face as I celebrate His continued presence.
