Affirmation

The Lord has been with me as I endured the refiner's fire.  He has walked with me through the valleys.  But,

Can I be at rest and still be close to you, Lord?

In my mind, I laid that question before Him and walked away.  I say "walked away" because unlike my usual self, I did not fret or toil over it.

He has answered repeatedly. YES! YES! YES!

Yes! as the Holy Spirit overwhelms me in worship.
Yes! as He reveals His transforming power continues.
Yes! as I awaken with songs of praise in my heart, soul, and mind.

Exodus 33:14 And He said, "My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest."
