Thirteen

Thirteen years ago today, my life changed in a most beautiful way. I was blessed with a daughter. Though we don't look much alike, we don't dress much alike, and we don't have the same type of interests, inside, we are very much the same. She mentioned to me this week, I am the only person who really understands her. Well, Pumpkin, you are one of the few people who has ever understood me. I guess that makes us kindred spirits. (smile!)

I hope you know I love you very much. You are so precious to me.
