With life changes soon to be upon us, several weeks ago we set aside this past weekend to get away and rejuvenate our family's relational bonds. In others, just hang out and enjoy being together! So off to Atlanta we went. And it was a near perfect weekend of food, movies, baseball, golf, pool, and reading. We also celebrated CF's birthday.
As soon as I arrived, I checked my email. It was so hard leaving with all the tragedy and heartache left behind in Alabama because of the tornadoes. But it seems the timing was right after all, as we were notified our homestudy was approved on April 28th!
Only the Lord knows the time table. We could be contacted this week or it could be weeks away. Please pray with us for discernment and wisdom as we continue this process.
Grateful to share a special weekend away before our little family expands! Our last hurrah for just the four of us. But looking forward to many more hurrahs with more!
